8 km negative split run today.... yes, it was hot.
Not much else to tell really. Tomorrow morning is a swim session and the afternoon is supposed to be a track session. I'll be hard pushed to make it as the session starts at 5. I don't finish until 5:15 and its a 15 minute drive. I'll have to try to do something on my own. Its a damn shame because track is where I'm going to make most of my improvements.
Right now, I'm going to bed. I'm buggared.
Kids have gone back to their dad's for 7 days. Now's when I really turn it up.
