As for nutrition......
Its time to really pull my finger out.
I'm going to start writing down what I eat and when. Its the only way I'm going to drop the weight that I want in time for Mooloolaba. I keep saying I want to give it my best shot. In order to do that, I need to be at least 5kg's lighter....ideally 8kgs.
On that note, I still have housework and cooking to do for the week. I've got 2 extra kids after a sleep over last night. My new furniture has arrived and needs to be assembled.....
I actually have quite a big day ahead.
I'm looking forward to next week....



Sounds like a pretty good week to me. Sometimes everything doesn't align perfectly and we have to just do the best we can.
ReplyDeleteAs for food, recording what I eat is the only way for me to make sure I don't oversize my portions or "forget" about a few extras. Definitely a must for weight loss in my world.
I'm back on track now I think Kek !! Re focused this week. And nutrition has been spot on x
