Its not all bad....

Ins and Outs training ~ 6am Friday Mornings ~ Mooloolaba Beach


Whilst the wheels didn't quite fall off this week, I certainly had some speed wobbles.  Or so I thought.  But when I take a look at my program, it actually wasn't that bad.  I'm 2 sessions down (run and a ride/run) but I actually did an extra session when I attended ins and outs on Friday.  So as long as I pull my finger out and do a windtrainer and run (with kids in tow on scooters!) this afternoon, I will actually have had an ok week.  I just don't think the intensity was all that great this week.  But I'm quite certain that everyone has weeks like that.

As for nutrition......

Its time to really pull my finger out.

I'm going to start writing down what I eat and when.  Its the only way I'm going to drop the weight that I want in time for Mooloolaba.  I keep saying I want to give it my best shot.  In order to do that, I need to be at least 5kg's lighter....ideally 8kgs.

On that note, I still have housework and cooking to do for the week.  I've got 2 extra kids after a sleep over last night.  My new furniture has arrived and needs to be assembled.....

I actually have quite a big day ahead.

I'm looking forward to next week....

  1. Sounds like a pretty good week to me. Sometimes everything doesn't align perfectly and we have to just do the best we can.

    As for food, recording what I eat is the only way for me to make sure I don't oversize my portions or "forget" about a few extras. Definitely a must for weight loss in my world.
